Established in 2008, the Cy Gantt Award is named after the late Cy Gantt, the first recipient of the award and a longtime sup-porter and honorary board member of The Clean Trust. Dirtiest Mop Contest Winner Announced The winner of Kaivac Inc.’s Dirtiest Mop Contest is Alina Prodan from Chicago, who received 3,254 votes from Kaivac Facebook fans for her soiled mop. Prodan will receive $500 for submitting what Facebook fans consider the dirtiest mop entered into the contest. Twenty-six dirty mops were submitted, and what was termed “an astonishing” 15,557 votes were received.
