Outward appearances can sometimes be mis-leading, and the only way to reveal one’s true character is to peel back the layers. Let’s be honest: Most JanSan careers are not very lucrative, and regardless of how altruistic you may be, survival is next to impossible without money. Despite the fact that some do climb the corpo-rate ladder from frontline worker to manager or supervisor, a vast majority do not.
