products and services RIDE-ON AUTOSCRUBBER Tennant Company introduced its new T12 com-pact battery-powered rider scrubber that delivers productivity in a com-pact, maneuverable platform. With 250 pounds of down pres-sure on the main scrub head, the T12’s 32-inch wide cleaning path cleans floors from edge to edge with an optional scrub-bing side brush that further extends the cleaning path by 28 percent. The T12 also features easy operation and ergonomic design, and optional technology can reduce the need to pur-chase chemicals. CHEMICAL STATION The Tolco Corporation introduced 10-per-son and 25-person Safety Centers. The Safety Centers pro-vide a convenient and accessible unit that incorporates a Bloodborne Pathogen Clean-up Kit and either a 10-person or 25-person First Aid Kit. Both are packaged in plastic cases and housed in a yellow wire cage that mounts to the wall. The safety center puts emergency items in an identifiable location. Tolco also offers an 8-inch by 10-inch sign identifying the Workplace Safety Center. These machines are easy to use, and EDGE Machines are designed to reduce slip and fall claims. These scrub-bers work chemical-free to resurface VCT flooring using 70 percent less water and soap. SCRUBBER ESCALATOR CLEANER Tornado Industries intro-duces the BR 460 ESC escalator cleaner designed to provide effective cleaning of all types of escalators in locations from retail stores to airports. Easy to use, the BR 460 ESC has two built-in vacuum motors to ensure that dust and debris are collected into disposable bags, protecting the user and indoor air quality. Easy to set up and take down, the TreadMaster includes a built-in vacuum sys-tem, polishing pad, nylon grit brush and clip-on “Escalator Cleaning in Progress” sign to deter passengers. Position the TreadMaster at the escalator bottom, lower the clean-ing head into position and activate the escalator. A variety of cleaning head sizes are available along with custom sizes. EXTRACTOR Windsor, a member of KÄRCHER North America, introduced the Chariot 3 iEx -tract 26 DUO. The Chariot 3 iExtract 26 DUO is a new stand-on machine based on Windsor’s third genera -tion stand-on platform, and it features a 26-inch extraction path, a 28-gallon recovery tank and a 25-gallon solution tank. Windsor invented and patent-ed the stand-on design and now offers a complete line of stand-on machines. Different DUO cleaning modes increase productivity, battery life or reduce noise.
